N4C Project Kick-off Meeting
The
first face-to-face meeting of the partners together with invited guests
will launch the project and provide briefings for members of the press.
The meeting will take place over 3 daya at Luleå Tekniska
Universitet and include a visit to the centre of one of the field trial
areas at Jokkmokk, north of the Arctic Circle in Laponia. The

N4C Project gets Under Way
The
N4C project officially started on 1 May 2008. The project was
accepted into the EC ICT Framework Programme 7 under the FIRE
Initiative and has now been funded for three years
(grant no. 223994). The project consortium is made up of twelve partners from
eight countries coordinated by Luleå Tekniska Universitet.
