The cross-community group has been assembled to discuss and develop an agenda 
of consumer issues for ICANN.  This will be a place to work together on consumer 
issues without getting bogged down in demarcation disputes.  The goal of the list 
is to discover what we believe to be the most important issues within ICANN's scope 
now facing consumers.

The creation of this list does not presuppose that lists are the only way in which this 
group can work, just a convenient means of getting the work started.
